Many HVAC companies in the Bay Area now belong to investment firms with sales targets. We don't. Oakland Air Pros is California Mechanical HVAC Inc., a family business licensed in California since 2008.

That changes how a visit goes. We repair first. You get a written price before any work. Replacement is an option we explain, not a pitch.

Oakland's houses are part of why we do this work: Victorians, Craftsman bungalows, 1920s homes around Lake Merritt and Hills homes rebuilt after 1991. Each one came with its own heating, and we work on all of it.
